Our team includes one accredited CEDR Mediator (who can act both as a mediator, or is able to provide “inside track” information and advice on the mediation process). As well as having experience in handling all manner of maritime and commercial disputes from first notification to final appeal, members of our team have also been appointed and acted as Maritime Arbitrators.
