Maria deals with all aspects of wet and dry shipping litigation, including bill of lading and charter party disputes, marine insurance, collisions, salvage and other casualty-related matters.  She also has experience of international trade law and commodities, notably the interaction between the sale and carriage contracts, issues arising under CIF/FOB sale contracts and letter of credit transactions.
