Damien is a dual qualified English and Irish solicitor, with a background in securitisation and transport law, having previously worked as a road haulage transport manager before qualifying as a solicitor in Ireland. He has experience in marine insurance disputes, ship arrests, and vessel sale and purchase transactions, including acting for seller, purchasers and financial institutions.
